National Federation of High School (NFHS) Baseball rules will apply, except as specified otherwise.

All pitchers will be allowed five warm up pitches prior to the beginning of the game, or as a new pitcher entering the game. Five pitches (or one minute) are allowed between innings. Adherence to these rules is required or a delay of game warning will be recorded in GameChanger, with additional penalty as determined.
